Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Hancock, MN is seeking a Project Lead to be the 'voice of the customer' from estimate to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, schedule with production and transportation, and serve as the main contact for customers and vendors on assigned sales orders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of project management experience, and strong skills in MS Office, interpreting production schematics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the customer in OI facilities; manage multiple sales orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, approvals, scheduling with production and on-site delivery.
• Serve as main contact for customers and vendors on assigned orders.
• Prepare and review submittals, determine scope and verify values in AX.
• Provide direction to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.
• Proactively problem solve to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate site visits and handle change orders as needed.
