Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a Project Lead at our Hancock, MN plant. This role represents the customer voice from estimate through on-site delivery, coordinating with engineering, submittals, and production to ensure smooth execution and delivery by our team and transportation partners.

The Project Lead acts as the primary contact for customers and vendors on assigned orders, tracking costs and ensuring compliance with contract documents while supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient MS Office suite.
• Experience within construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the customer in OI facilities and drive customer experience from estimate to on-site delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, submittals, and scheduling with production and on-site delivery.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and vendors on assigned sales orders.
• Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Provide direction to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.
