Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a Project Lead to represent the customer's voice from estimate to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation, and serve as the main contact for customers and vendors on assigned sales orders.

This role monitors costs, ensures contract compliance, attends job meetings, and drives timely submittals, change orders, and on-time delivery across US plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer through the full project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and coordinate with teams.
• Lead turnover meetings and ensure complete information for schedule.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project.
• Provide direction to engineering, production planning, transportation and accounting.
• Prepare change order proposals promptly and monitor project status.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive process enhancements.
