SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a structured, customer-focused Job File Coordinator to shepherd projects from kickoff to completion. You will liaise with customers, gather requirements, and ensure accurate project documentation and communication across teams.

Ideal candidates have a year of office or customer service experience, are detail-oriented, and comfortable using estimating software and common computer applications. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• Proficient with common computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed.
