Job summary

SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake is seeking a proactive Job File Coordinator to serve as the liaison for customers, identify project requirements, and organize project documentation from start to finish. You will support Project Managers, ensure accurate records, create preliminary estimates using estimating software, and collaborate with other departments in a fast-paced office environment.

Strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
