Job summary

SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake is seeking a diligent Job File Coordinator to act as a liaison for customers, identify project requirements, and organize project documentation from start to finish. This office-based role emphasizes strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, create preliminary estimates, review site docs, and support cross-departmental teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications (MS Office, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
