Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Program Manager to lead the tactical interface between the customer and Plexus functional areas, acting as the voice of Plexus to the customer and the voice of the customer to Plexus.

You will head the Customer Focus Team, guide delivery commitments and business reviews, and drive improvements using Plexus Core Values and cost/quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Focus Team and manage day-to-day customer relationship.
• Engage with customers on delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits and negotiations of PPV and NRE.
• Drive improvements in customer service and satisfaction using Plexus' 5Es and Core Values.
• Leverage operational cost and quality metrics to identify improvements and collaborate with support functions to implement solutions.
• Use financial metrics to identify risks and variances to plan and take corrective action.
