Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience interpreting financial metrics and contributing to program cost/margin goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team, ensuring goals and performance expectations are clear.
• Work with the team to meet on-time delivery commitments (OTC and OTR).
• Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction through Plexus Core Values.
• Drive operational excellence through visual metrics and Continuous Improvement with focus on cost and quality.
• Exhibit knowledge of the program’s financial metrics and participate in financial reviews to hit targets.
• If applicable, coach and develop team members, including succession planning.
