Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Focus Team and be the voice of Plexus and the customer to ensure program success.
• Engage with customers regarding delivery commitments, quarterly reviews, site visits and PPV/NRE negotiations.
• Lead systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction using Plexus values and metrics.
• Apply financial metrics to identify risks and variances and take corrective action.
• Coach and develop team members to realize their full potential.
