Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a program-management support role in Buffalo Grove, IL. You will assist Program Managers, liaise with the Customer Focus Team, and help drive data accuracy and timely delivery of information to customers.

The role emphasizes proactive problem resolution, collaboration across functional areas, and maintaining performance data to support key metrics. Candidates with an Associate’s Degree and electronics manufacturing exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to PMs and CFT to support customer service and metrics.
• Prepare and maintain CFT performance data and present findings to PMs.
• Daily interface with customers for POs, orders, and inquiries; deliver data timely.
• Lead day-to-day customer engagement on tactical matters, e.g., overdue AR.
• Coordinate with CFT in internal communications.
