• Lead engagement with customers regarding delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits, and PPV/NRE negotiations.
• Drive systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction using Plexus' 5Es and Core Values.
• Use financial and operational metrics to identify risks and coordinate with support functions to implement solutions.
• Monitor and mitigate variances to plan using knowledge of financial metrics.
• If applicable, develop talent, drive succession planning, and provide coaching to team members.
