Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Program Manager to lead the tactical interface between the customer and Plexus functional teams. This role centers on driving the Customer Focus Team and ensuring alignment with program goals while representing the voice of Plexus to the customer.

You will manage day-to-day customer relationships, monitor delivery commitments, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value and continuous improvements across cost, quality, and service metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team(s), ensuring teams understand program goals and can make decisions.
• Take the lead in engaging with customers regarding delivery commitments, quarterly reviews, site visits, and PPV/NRE negotiations.
• Lead systematic improvements in customer service leveraging Plexus values and metrics.
• Identify risks and variances to plan and collaborate with functions to mitigate them.
