Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Sr. Program Management Coordinator to support program managers and the Customer Focus Team. The role focuses on keeping delivery metrics on track, coordinating with internal teams and handling daily customer inquiries.

You will prepare performance data, drive issue resolution, and maintain strong communication with customers and PMs. A 4+ year background in similar roles and an Associate’s Degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative assistance to PMs and CFT to enable the CFT to focus on customer service and critical metrics.
• Prepares and maintains CFT performance data (delivery, customer satisfaction, quality, etc.), conducts analysis and presents findings and recommendations to PMs.
• Daily customer interface for POs, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests.
• Takes the lead on day to day customer engagement on tactical matters: follow up of overdue accounts receivable; communications with customers; potential inventory & metric control.
