Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and manage the day-to-day customer relationship. The role acts as the voice of Plexus to the customer and represents the customer within Plexus to enable program success.

The successful candidate will drive delivery planning, ensure cost-conscious execution, and collaborate across CM/CDs and other departments to improve financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading customer-focused teams and programs.
• Strong collaboration across multiple functional areas to deliver programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Customer Focus Team (CFT) to align with contract goals and drive decision-making.
• Oversee delivery planning and meet delivery commitments within cost parameters across programs.
• Build trust with customers and identify new sales opportunities in collaboration with CM/CDs.
• Share best practices in customer service; model Plexus Core Values and 5Es.
• Promote continuous improvement and capture CI wins across teams and sites.
• Develop and coach team members; support succession planning and capability development.
