Job summary

You will be the main point of contact between the customer and The Home Depot for all job-related needs, ensuring timely paperwork and efficient movement of jobs to meet backlog goals.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Preferred experience in home improvement or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and resolving open questions.
• Coordinates with internal and external branch partners for all job inquiries and assists with escalations and exceptions.
• Manages intake of open jobs, reviews paperwork for accuracy, collects payments, schedules pre-install inspections, places material orders, and processes labor bills for service providers.
