Job summary

The Home Depot in Saint Louis Park, MN seeks an onsite HDIS Installation Coordinator to support customers and Install Field teams throughout the install lifecycle. You will serve as the main contact between the customer and The Home Depot for all job-related needs and drive timely paperwork and efficient job movement to meet backlog goals.

Qualifications

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Knowledge or experience in the home improvement or construction industry preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior clerical and/or administrative background preferred.

Responsibilities

Initiates and maintains regular communication with the customer across the install life cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and resolving questions.
Coordinates with internal and external branch partners to support all job level inquiries and customer escalations.
Manages intake of open jobs across the install life cycle, schedules pre-installation inspections, enters data, places material orders, and processes labor bills for service providers.
