POOLCORP Canoga Park is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers at the counter and over the phone, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

You will build strong customer relationships while supporting showroom and basic warehouse operations. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a leading outdoor living products distributor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers for most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic computer systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations according to company policy.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by policy.
• Provides an estimated date of delivery to the customer based on vendor schedules.
• Pulls, stages, and distributes customer orders efficiently, including occasional RF scanner use.
• Restocks showroom merchandise to maintain product availability and presentation.
• Cross-trains in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
