POOLCORP, a leading distributor of outdoor living products, seeks an Inside Sales Associate in Newnan, GA. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, enter orders, process payments, and recommend solutions to ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

You will build customer relationships, support showroom operations, and collaborate with warehouse duties in a fast-paced team environment. This role emphasizes service, product knowledge, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers all day.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use MS Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs with appropriate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credits per policy.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and inventory availability.
• Estimate delivery dates based on vendor production and schedules.
• Restock showroom and support warehouse duties as needed.
