Job summary

Citizens Teller in Pittsburgh welcomes customers in the lobby, assists with transactions, and demonstrates how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple tasks. You will create meaningful experiences for customers, helping them achieve financial goals with personalized advice and solutions that meet their needs while following all policies and cash handling rules.

You will work with the branch team to deliver exceptional service, refer products when appropriate, and maintain compliance

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities
