Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic invoice paperwork and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Pull orders from warehouse and load into delivery trucks or for pickup.
• Process invoices, CODs, and shipping/receiving paperwork accurately.
• Ensure all outgoing product is billed and payments are collected.
• Follow safety procedures when operating MHE and loading goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize stock for accuracy.
