• Ability to read invoices, catalogs, stock numbers and descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service either in person or by phone.
• Greet customers and display a positive attitude.
• Ensure commitments to customers are met or exceeded.
• Pull orders from warehouse and load into delivery trucks or customer vehicles.
• Prepare accurate paperwork including invoices, CODs, and purchase orders.
