Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Sales and Service Manager in Vernon Hills, IL to lead a team of Associates and drive sales while prioritizing customer experience. You will own assigned departments, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service across in-store experiences from STUDIO to fitting bays.

You will partner with the Store Leadership Team to meet objectives, model service behaviors, and maintain high standards of merchandising and safety in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications
