Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and process fast checkouts. You will help with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS while promoting our rewards programs.

We value courteous teamwork and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to cross-train in framing services. The role requires standing, moving through the store, and availability for varied hours.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Maintain store in-stock levels and merchandise recovery; support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image and teamwork.
