ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to help merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

The role offers starting wage of $19 per hour with annual increases through Year 5. This full-time position averages 30+ hours per week and requires the ability to operate POS, stock shelves, and follow safety and policy guidelines.

Formación

• Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise and stock product to maintain store appearance.
• Operate POS to process purchases and assist customers.
• Follow cash policies and store procedures.
• Open additional check lanes as needed to keep checkout efficient.
• Stock shelves and display merchandise according to planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
