Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with scheduled increases over five years. This is a full-time role typically averaging 30+ hours weekly, with opportunities for growth and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product, keeping shelves neat and planograms in mind.
• Cashier duties using the POS system and processing customer purchases.
• Open additional lanes to ensure efficient checkout when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist management with loss prevention and inventory procedures.
