ALDI USA store is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain an attractive shopping environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Starting wage is $20.50 per hour with scheduled increases over the first five years. The role is full-time with 30+ hours weekly average and includes competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS to scan items and handle checkout accurately.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Opens additional lanes to keep checkout efficient.
• Stocks shelves per merchandising plans to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Supports management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Follows company policies and keeps a safe workplace.
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Performs general cleaning to company standards.

• Assists with inventory procedures and product handling.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to company standards.
