Job summary

ALDI USA store associates help merchandise, stock products and cashier efficiently while keeping the store clean and inviting. You will work closely with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and a smooth shopping experience.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with scheduled increases through Year 5. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and 30+ hours per week on average.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product to maintain store appearance.
• Cashiering and processing customer purchases with POS system.
• Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Follow cash policies and procedures and adhere to merchandising plans.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
