ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with annual increases through Year 5, and full-time hours averaging 30+ per week. Benefits include medical, 401(k) and paid holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment such as POS, cash register, floor scrubber, pallet jacks and other devices.
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Perform basic arithmetic and maintain accuracy in transactions.
