Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Lebanon, TN, is seeking a Project Manager to be the voice of the customer from sale to on-site delivery. You will own the customer experience, coordinating with engineering, production planning, transportation and accounting to ensure 100% satisfaction on every order.

You will manage multiple sales orders, lead turnover and kickoff meetings, review earliest estimates and schedules, and maintain clear communication with customers from production through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years Project Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Proficient with SAP S/4 HANA and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer from sales to on-site delivery.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and ensure complete scope and paperwork.
• Communicate project status from production to customer.
• Provide guidance to engineering, production, transportation, procurement and accounting.
• Prepare and present change orders; proactively resolve issues.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
