Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, answer phones, and enter data into electronic health records.
• Register patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments.
• Provide high level customer service and wayfinding.
• Check patients in and out and perform visit closure activities.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; collect copayments and coinsurance.
• Maintain patient files and handle clerical duties.
• Ensure front desk and waiting area are clean.
