Qualifications

• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Clear communication with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Make prompt decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Able to work independently or in a team setting.
• Comfort with using electronic devices and handheld equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism in the At Your Service area.
• Assist customers with BOPS, returns, and order pickups, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Keep the pickup/return areas clean and organized for a friction-free experience.
• Discuss loyalty benefits and guide customers through the checkout process.
• Support colleagues with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers.
