Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and fast checkout.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and enroll them.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Maintain in-stock store through SISO and planograms.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
