• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Stock, merchandise recovery, and planogram adherence
• Support store safety and SOP compliance
• Interact respectfully; model a positive image for the team
