Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused associate in La Habra, CA to help shoppers, guide product selection, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store standards to reflect our Brand Promises.

You will enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and participate in store recovery, SISO and AD set duties while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Engage with VOC surveys and follow up as needed.
• Support Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
