Job summary

The Michaels Companies in La Habra, CA is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and keep a well-merchandised store. You will help customers locate products and complete purchases with efficient checkout and a friendly attitude.

You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms while supporting store initiatives such as BOPIS/SFS. The role requires standing, lifting, and weekend or early shift availability.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Handle checkout efficiently with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms and store recovery standards.
• Participate in store programs and promotions and support omnichannel processes.
