Job summary

Michaels in Fullerton, CA is hiring a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock. You’ll also support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes and promote the Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Operate cash register and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollments.
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandising tasks.
• Maintain store recovery and planogram compliance.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in stock and inventory activities.
