Job summary

Michaels Lincoln seeks a store team member to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will handle cash, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, and assist with omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, returns/go back handling, and general store recovery
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally; be a positive role model for the team
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
