Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with tablets and queue management.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM activities, in accordance with bank policies.
