As part of the branch team, you will build trusted relationships, help clients achieve their financial goals, open new accounts, educate customers on Chase Mobile App and digital channels, and support seamless branch operations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby with tablet, check-in, schedule meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts in compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and cross‑selling solutions.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices following policies.
