Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences, greet clients, and help them navigate banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on digital options, and collaborate with specialists to meet financial goals.

You will contribute to branch success by handling day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies, while embodying hospitality and inclusion in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage lobby traffic, schedule meetings and assist with day-to-day transactions.
• Assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on Chase digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships and connect clients to team of experts to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, in line with policies.
