Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options (mobile app, online, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while complying with bank policies.
