Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance including opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking with Chase mobile app, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while following policies and procedures.
