Work hours are typical retail banking shifts, with weekend/evening potential. Significant emphasis on building lasting customer relationships and meeting sales targets within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to ask questions to identify needs
• Proven success building relationships and cross-selling
• Familiar with digital banking tools

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and financial solutions to customers
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking apps
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups
