Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys helping customers achieve their financial goals. You will advise on spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs while guiding clients to use digital banking tools.

You will build lasting relationships with customers both in-branch and over the phone, schedule financial checkups, and collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage partners to identify suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven ability to build relationships and recommend products through in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsabilités

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Explain personal financial goals and tailor solutions to help achieve them (home purchase, future planning, credit options).
• Promote digital and mobile banking and guide customers to use the app and ATMs.
