Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch-based associate to help customers with financial solutions and build lasting relationships. You will use strong communication to recommend products and services, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.

You will promote digital banking, schedule financial checkups, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams while handling cash and following policies. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience with goal attainment.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to build relationships.
• Proven success in recommending and referring products and services in person or by phone.
• Comfort using digital channels to support business goals and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Build relationships and provide trusted advice while following policies and cash handling rules.
• Promote digital banking tools and schedule checkups with customers.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners as needed.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set appointments.
