Citizens is hiring a Teller to greet customers, demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage, and process transactions with a strong focus on delivering personalized service. You will educate customers on Citizens products and refer them to Bankers for next steps, while following all policies and cash handling procedures.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 6 months of transaction experience, 1 year of customer service experience, and flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Formación

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in lobbies and assist with transactions.
• Explain mobile app and ATM usage to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized banking advice and connect customers to Bankers as needed.
