Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly Teller to greet customers in our lobby, assist with transactions, and guide them to the right banking solutions. You’ll help customers use mobile apps and ATMs, delivering first-rate service and accurate cash handling in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 6 months minimum experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• 1 year minimum customer experience recommending/referring products.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Must be able to work hours including weekends/evenings.
• Video interview after applying, within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to customers.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, following all policies.
