Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience with product referrals.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support goals.
• Ability to work hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate app/ATM usage for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Follow all financial policies, including cash handling and state/local regulations.
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term customer relationships.
