Job summary

Harri in Milwaukee is seeking an Auto Repair Service Advisor/Service Writer to juggle multiple projects while keeping customers and the team informed throughout the process.

You will communicate between customers and our service technicians, asking the right questions and recommending solutions that build loyalty and ensure a smooth workflow.

The role requires strong communication, a clean driving record, and the ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of previous automotive repair sales or management experience, or at least one year of automotive repair experience in addition to customer service experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week (including Saturdays) To thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and co-workers
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a valid driver's license
