Job summary

Fleet Farm in Manitowoc, WI is seeking an Auto Service Advisor to work with customers to determine vehicle needs, verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, and create repair orders while delivering outstanding service.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, learn our tire, parts and accessories lineup, promote services, and maintain a high standard of quality and customer care in a fast-paced auto service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Previous experience in auto service/mechanical setting preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously, and promote service specials.
• Schedule service appointments for customers.
• Develop service estimates by costing materials, labor, and parts.
• Create repair orders and maintain excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
• Ensure services are completed with a high degree of quality.
